Artwork guidelines

Preferred file format

Print-ready PDF is preferred. Original source files can also be supplied for review.

Resolution

300 DPI is recommended for most print artwork. Lower-resolution images may appear soft when printed.

Colour

Full-colour print work is generally supplied in CMYK. Spot colours should be identified in advance.

Bleed and safe margins

3mm bleed on all edges with a comfortable safe margin from the trim keeps content from being cut.

Fonts

Embed or outline fonts in supplied PDFs so they render correctly.

Page order

For booklets and multi-page documents, supply pages in reading order rather than imposed spreads.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of names, phone numbers, addresses, dates, prices and other content. Please review carefully before approving.

Copyright

Only supply images, logos and text you own or have permission to use.

For files above standard email limits, please use a secure file-transfer service and share the download link.
