Oakline Print & Press is operated by Binod Kumar Khatri as an independent sole trader in the United Kingdom.
Yes. Oakline Print & Press is not a limited company. It is a sole-trader business operated personally by the owner.
Print file preparation, business stationery, brochures and leaflets, booklets and reports, publication formatting, event materials, proofing support and short-run print projects.
Basic layout and preparation work is included in the relevant packages. Full graphic design, illustration and content writing are not automatically included.
Yes. The Print File Preparation package covers reviewing, adjusting and exporting a supplied document to print-ready standard.
Print-ready PDF is preferred. Source files such as InDesign, Word or high-resolution images can also be reviewed.
A print-ready file has the correct dimensions, adequate bleed, embedded or outlined fonts, appropriate colour space and correct page order.
Bleed is artwork extending past the trim edge so that background colour reaches the finished edge with no white slivers.
I may flag obvious issues I notice, but proofreading is the customer's responsibility unless a proofreading service has been separately agreed.
The customer. Once you approve a digital proof, production proceeds based on that approval.
Yes. Physical printing quantities, paper and finishing are confirmed separately for each order and may be an additional cost.
Not automatically. Package prices cover the stated preparation work. Physical print quantities are quoted based on your requirements.
Delivery is confirmed for each order. Where physical printing is arranged, delivery may require an additional charge.
Collection arrangements can be discussed and confirmed in writing before production begins.
Yes, where digital delivery or approved delivery arrangements are suitable for the project.
You will receive a confirmation of purchase, and I will contact you to confirm the scope and request any files or information needed.
No. Every package is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Yes. Please use the contact page to describe your project and I will send a written quotation.
Each package includes one consolidated revision round. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
I will let you know what is missing and give you an opportunity to supply the remaining information.
Only where you own or have permission to use the material. I will decline material where the rights position is unclear.
I offer formatting and print-preparation support. I do not act as a literary publisher or agent.
No. ISBN registration is arranged directly by the author or publisher.
Cancellations before work begins are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Work already completed and any materials ordered may not be refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
Once a proof has been approved, the customer is responsible for that content. Additional charges may apply to reprint.
