Oakline Print & Press is operated by Binod Kumar Khatri as an independent sole trader based at 29 Bentinck Street, Glasgow G3 7TS. I act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
Information I collect
Contact details you provide via enquiries, files you supply for print or publishing projects, and standard technical information such as IP address and browser details.
How I use your information
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver agreed services, process payments through Stripe, keep tax and accounting records, and communicate about your project.
Legal bases
Performance of a contract, legitimate interest in running my business, legal obligations (such as tax and accounting), and consent where applicable.
Sharing
I share information only with providers strictly needed to run the service (for example Stripe for payments, my hosting provider and, where relevant, print production partners). I do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and comply with tax and record-keeping obligations. Project files are retained for a reasonable period after completion unless deletion is requested.
Your rights
