This agreement sets out how Oakline Print & Press provides print and publishing preparation services under the fixed-price packages and bespoke quotations described on this website.

Confirmation of specification

Every project starts with written confirmation of item, dimensions, quantity, paper or digital format, artwork status, colour requirements, proofing process, production expectations and delivery method.

Deliverables

Deliverables are limited to those described in the confirmed scope or package.

Customer responsibilities

Providing accurate content, timely responses, correct file formats, valid copyright permissions and prompt proof approval.

My responsibilities

Careful preparation of files, clear communication, delivery within reasonable timeframes and correction of production errors attributable to my service.

Additional work

Any work outside the confirmed scope will be discussed and quoted before it begins.
